Oasis Academy Isle of Sheppey are looking to recruit a full time Site Facilities Manager to provide Property and Estates services to a large single Academy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of high quality, customer focused Property and Estates functions; will act as a point of contact for all Property and Estates matters in support of the Executive Principal, Oasis staff and other external service provders; will provide security of the site and emergency cover when required; will provide support in day to day activities; and ensure statutory compliance, satisfactory performance and completion of PPM, cyclical programme and other Estates and Property programmes of work. This is a full time role for which you will be required to work 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year with 27 days annual leave.

The salary for the role is £21,124—£24,034 per annum (Kent Scheme 7), plus Local Government Pension Scheme.
