Do you have the skills to motivate and engage Foundation Stage and/or Key Stage 1 children?

Hilltop Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant, with either HLTA status or a NVQ Level 3 qualification in Teaching and Learning or Childcare, on a permanent contract. This position is for either Foundation Stage or Year 1.

This position requires you to be flexible, well organised and to work as a team with other TAs and teaching colleagues. You should be able to work creatively to support and extend children following our inclusive ethos. There will be opportunities for CPD, and to lead the learning during PPA time.

Salary pro-rata Medway D2 (Points 12-21) Point dependent on experience and qualification (existing HLTAs will be paid accordingly)

Information about the school

We are a large and popular school which enjoys an excellent reputation within Medway. The school was officially opened in 1967 and was initially a one form entry school. However, the school has expanded due to popularity over the years and now is a two form entry school with no mixed age classes.
