Our academy trust (currently two schools) is seeking a teacher who wants an opportunity to develop their leadership skills and become a deputy headteacher or headteacher in a short space of time. You will need to be an outstanding, experienced and highly motivated teacher. You will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvements across several year groups . Do you have the energy, drive and ambition to make a difference by sharing your best practice with others and lead your team into outstanding performance  ?

We want somebody who:

  • Wants to be a headteacher or deputy in the next 3 - 5 years
  • Has passion and flair for teaching but who wants to make a bigger difference
  • Has significant experience of teaching in a Key Stage
  • Is an excellent role model for teaching and professional conduct
  • Has experience of supporting the performance of colleagues
  • Has experience of leading whole school development
  • Is positive, enthusiastic and keen to progress

Bourne Alliance Multi Academy Trust is made up of four schools, Aspire school, Bobbing Village, Grove Park Primary and Iwade School, all are based in Sittingbourne, Kent. Aspire School is a three form entry school, Iwade School is a three form entry school, Grove Park is a two form entry school and Bobbing School is a one form entry school. Each school has its own individual characteristics and sits at the centre of their community.
