We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Teacher and Senior Leader to help move our school to outstanding. The successful applicant will be on our SLT team and play an integral role in school development. You will be responsible for and teach in the lower school and will have Literacy / Maths as a subject responsibility, this post will come with a TLR payment.

Exceptional Classroom Practitioner

We require an outstanding and experienced classroom practitioner who can lead by example but who can also support their team of teachers to move consistently to the next level. Experience in successful coaching and mentoring, joint practice development, evidence of moving teaching and learning to outstanding are all the attributes we require of the candidate.

Literacy / Maths

As the Literacy / Maths Leader you will lead whole school development, ensuring our school is providing the highest quality teaching and provision.

Lower School Leader

As a leader of our lower school you will be in charge of a team of 6 classes that includes KS1 and EYFS. Experience in this area is essential to be able to effectively lead this phase forward. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to meet deadlines, be able to drive forward school initiatives, deliver difficult messages, be accountable for your teams performance and data. Experience with leading a team is desirable, 

In your role you will:

*Work closely with the rest of the SLT and the Headteacher to develop and implement the strategic vision for the school.

*Work closely with the other leaders to improve standards and pupil progress even further, in order for every child to achieve their potential.
