The role – the Key Stage 2 Leader will have responsibility for:

  • The development and monitoring of teaching and learning throughout Key  Stage 2,
  • The review of the effectiveness of strategies, methodologies and schemes used in KS2 and throughout the school.
  • Demonstrating  excellence in  teaching and learning practice,  and coaching  and evaluating others
  • Day to day management of Key Stage 2
  • Taking a senior role in leading the school both in curriculum and pastoral areas
  • Being part of the Senior Leadership team and taking  a full role in the strategic leadership of the school.

We envisage that the successful candidate will have 5 or more years’ experience in teaching and is looking to develop leadership skills in preparation for future roles.
