Recruiting a Teacher of Foundation Learning for September 2015.

We have an innovative ‘Foundation Learning Department’ with the primary goal of enabling all the children to achieve their potential. We have been working closely with local primary schools and recognise that our key focus at KS3 needs to be the teaching of phonics and achieving a good grade in English and mathematics at KS4.

As such we are seeking outstanding practitioners to deliver a standard curriculum to low attaining and vulnerable students.

Posts are available for specialists in Literacy & Numeracy, for KS3 and English and Mathematics at KS4.

You will need to have a passion for teaching vulnerable students, or students with SEN and an ability to plan and prepare differentiated lessons in your specialist subject area.

For more information, please see the attached documents and visit our school website:  valleypark.viat.org.uk

This vacancy closing date is Monday, 16 March 2015.
