We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic Assistant Headteacher to work in partnership with the Headteacher, staff and governors at our wonderful school. Our new Assistant head will share in the collective and progressive school vision and make a strong contribution to future developments, they would also be the curriculum lead across the school.  We have an experienced team of staff who are loyal, hardworking and always willing to go the extra mile.  Children are at the heart of everything we do and every decision that is made.

Being the Curriculum Lead would involve designing, developing and regularly reviewing the vision, aims and purpose for the whole school curriculum.  Ensuring that the curriculum is well planned, sequences and relevant, meets the needs of all pupils, reflects the requirements of the National Curriculum and is implemented effectively and consistently across the school. The children are the reason we are here and you will have high expectations of what pupils can achieve.  This is a full time position and part of this role will also include a teaching commitment and subject leadership. This role will be paid on the Leadership Scale L1 – L3 (dependent on experience)
