Meadowfield School is looking to appoint an innovative and inspirational Specialist Intervention Outreach Nursery Lead Practitioner.  The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher with experience of working in an SEN Early Years provision.

The successful candidate will require a range of essential skills to support schools and Early Years settings throughout Swale as a member of the Meadowfield teaching community.

The role holder will be based at Meadowfield School and required to travel to and provide support for Early Years children with SEND within the Swale area with the purpose of raising standards in mainstream Early Years Provisions for children with SEND to ensure full access to Learning.
