Future Schools Trust are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our Central Services Team.

At Future Schools Trust, our vision is to build a cohesive and aspirational community where every child and member of staff can exceed expectations. We believe that safe, well-maintained and welcoming environments are fundamental to that vision — and that’s where you come in.

As Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in creating and sustaining the physical spaces that support learning, ambition, and wellbeing across our schools. Working as part of a collaborative and expert central team, you’ll be surrounded by professionals from Finance, Governance, IT, Marketing and People and Culture all working together to change the lives of young people.

This role isn't just about buildings and compliance — it's about supporting communities. It’s about keeping our children safe, ensuring our staff have the facilities they need to thrive, and contributing to the proud identity of each of our schools.

Our values of Integrity, Respect, Resilience, Strong Work Ethic, Collaboration and Equality are lived daily across the Trust. We are proud to maintain a strong moral purpose, combining high ambition with a people-first approach.

You’ll be trusted, supported, and given the autonomy to make a real difference — all within a culture that values flexibility, wellbeing, and trust over a one-size-fits-all model.
