Contract Hours: 31 hours 40 minutes,  38 weeks per year (term time only)

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday 8.30 a.m - 3.20 p.m. with 30 minute lunch break

Grade: Kent Range 3

Salary: £23,337  FTE and pro-rated salary  £16,975

We are seeking to appoint a passionate and experienced KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant, who is an innovative individual, with high expectations of achievement and behaviour and has the skills to be an inspiring role model to our learners and able to support our most vulnerable children working 1:1 and in small groups.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be dynamic, passionate and have experience of working with SEN children.  They will be able to work flexibly and be confident in providing equal opportunity for all pupils, be enthusiastic, friendly, sensitive, empathetic and have excellent communication skills with both children and adults. 

As a Teaching Assistant, you will connect with the pupils and young people we care for, helping to make sure they get the very best from their education.  Each individual child has so much potential, and they will rely on you to guide their learning journeys.  You will also be required to undertake a lunch duty.

The successful candidate will also have a strong commitment to inclusive principles and be committed to safeguarding children and young people.
