Contract Hours: 25 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 09:30am - 2:30pm

Grade: Kent Range 6

Salary: £16,977 pro-rated salary (£25,127 FTE)

About the role

Are you ready to embark on an exciting career in bids and proposals? Cygnus Academies Trust is offering a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us as a Bid and Proposal Coordinator Apprentice. This role provides the perfect blend of hands-on experience and structured learning, helping you develop valuable skills in bid writing, project coordination, and stakeholder management. You’ll gain a nationally recognised qualification while working within a supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality education outcomes.

 

You will:

  • Gain a Level 3 Bid and Proposal Coordinator qualification.
  • Build real-world skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Be part of a collaborative organisation that values your development and contribution.

 

The training for the apprenticeship will be carried out remotely with workshops/one to one's/reviews undertaken by a dedicated learning coach with RHG Consult Ltd. On successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 3 Bid and Proposal Co-ordinator qualification and be eligible for membership of the Association of Bid and Proposal Management Professionals (APMP).
