The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and hardworking practitioner as well as a supportive team player. It would be an advantage to be able to articulate a clear vision for raising standards and the ability to engage, motivate and support pupils, staff and parents, showing empathy and sensitivity. 

We enjoy making a difference to the education of children and our motto 'Growing Tomorrow's Leaders' is how we lead and offer children the best opportunities that we can. We pride ourselves in educating the whole child to ensure they flourish to be the best that they can be.

We provide PPA time in year groups to ensure consistency, an opportunity to share ideas and to plan the for the week ahead. We invest in training for individuals to develop their practice as well as support in developing long term aspirations. We provide time to complete assessments and meet with the leadership team to regularly discuss pupil progress and ways in which we can support. We equip you with an iPad, class computer and large smart board to help plan and deliver your lessons. We are passionate and committed to looking after our staff!

Holy Trinity is a diverse and welcoming community. It is a vibrant and purposeful primary school with over 400 pupils. The school is a caring, Christian school at the heart of a thriving community, and lies on the outskirts of Dartford. The school embraces all of the National Curriculum and enjoys the support of Cornerstone Curriculum. The school supports and allows staff to plan exciting real life learning for the children both on and off site. There are fourteen classes with a dedicated team of teaching assistants who provide professional support for the children's learning. The staff team are friendly, supportive and diverse and we enjoy working as a team. The schools last Ofsted inspection was February 2023 where we maintained our Good judgement and at the SIAMS inspection In July 2017 received an outstanding judgement in all areas. Governors and the Leadership Team value the continued professional development of all staff, and are committed to supporting the well-being of the school whole community.
