River Mill is looking to recruit a dedicated and highly motivated Office Manager to work in the main office at River Mill Primary School alongside our Office Administrator.

This position has an immediate start date - subject to receipt of satisfactory references and a clear DBS and medical.

The salary will be Kent Range KR7 £26,515 (to be pro rata'd)

  • The role will be 39 weeks per year Monday to Friday from 8.15 am - 3.30 pm with 30 minutes lunch and 20 minutes break 

The successful candidates will:

  • Have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be committed to the protection and safeguarding of children
  • Have the ability to use initiative when required
  • Have good organisational and administrative skills and can prioritise workloads
  • Be flexible and have the ability to work as a team member in a busy office environment
  • Be responsible and reliable with a good understanding of working effectively with parents
  • Have previous experience of working within a school office
  • Be proficient with Microsoft applications and have experience of using an MIS
