We are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our team.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Good standard of education with strong Literacy and Numeracy skills (GCSE English and Maths essential)
  • Strong ICT skills
  • The ability to take responsibility for small intervention groups, supporting children on a one to one, small group or generally within a whole class basis
  • Evidence of excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The successful candidate will also be expected to take a full part in lunchtime activities and supervision. So, an ability to play, have fun and actively supervise is essential. In addition to this, all employees of the school are expected to contribute to the wider life of the school community and candidates should be mindful of this when applying for the position.

HOURS OF WORK - 8.30-13.00 5 days per week. TERM TIME ONLY PLUS TEACHER TRAINING DAYS

Pay - Kent Scheme 3 pro rata.
