Job role: Exam Invigilators

Salary: £11.44 per hour

Contract Status: Casual/Permanent

Contract Start Date: September 2024

The school is looking to recruit Invigilators for the coming exam season and on an ongoing basis. Experience is not necessary as training will be given.

The ability to work in a team, under direction, and to communicate effectively are essential.

Training will be provided.

Duties include:

  • Support the permanent assessment and examinations staff in the setting up of examinations.
  • Invigilate examinations themselves in accordance with national examination requirements and school policies.
  • Report to the school’s Examinations Officer any suspected incidents of malpractice in examinations.

Please note that invigilators are required to stand and move around the exam venue for up to 3 hours.
