Water Meadows Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to provide wrap around care for our children in After School Club

We need someone to deliver a programme of fun and engaging activities every day, specifically for the children who will be joining this provision. You will also provide Afternoon food and supervise the children during their meal to promote the Trust family dining ethos. You will also be responsible for the wellbeing and safety of the children in your care and making sure that strong relationships are developed between children, parents and school staff.

• Be able to relate and engage with children aged between 4 - 11 years.
• Be a people person with fantastic communication skills.
• Be caring and responsible  

Hours:

After School Club - 3.15 - 6.00pm  Mon - Fri

Total hours per week - 13.45

Term time only working (38 weeks) plus 5 weeks holiday pay 

KR3 Pro-Rata'd salary is approximately £6935 per year (gross)

Information about the school

Water Meadows Primary School is a growing 1FE school on the outskirts of Canterbury.

In September 2020 Water Meadows was expanded with the opening of a new school building, which provides additional teaching space in the form of 4 brand new state of the art classrooms and a learning resource centre.

The school is a member of The Stour Academy Trust, a forwarding thinking Multi Academy Trust of primary schools that are transforming that way that children learn in order to better prepare them for the 21st century.
