We wish to appoint an experienced, dedicated and highly motivated  learning support assistant to support with small group of pupils with additional needs.  This contract is subject a a 6 month probationary period.

This role require a kind, patient and understanding person.

Experience working with children with autism, social interaction difficulties or speech and language difficulties preferable.

Role will include working with and implementing communication aids and programmes such as PECS, Widget and Communication in print.

Term time only.  30 hours pw - 8:45 to 3:15.  

The strong Catholic ethos of the school is evident and prosepective candidates would be expected to support and promote this.

St Thomas More Catholic Primary School is a Voluntary Aided , two form entry mixed Catholic Primary School with 420 pupils aged between 4-11 years old.

Our school is linked to our Parish Church, St Simon Stock, in Walderslade, Chatham, Kent currently under the guidance of our Parish Priest, Father Pawel.
