We are looking to appoint a dynamic, inspiring, highly skilled Assistant Headteacher on a 1 year fixed term basis, starting from September 2024.

The Inspire Academy Movement recognise the importance of family and are committed to ensuring staff are given time off work to share special occasions. Staff can take a family day to attend special events e.g. family occasions, sports day, nativities and church services etc.

We believe in a healthy work-life balance and encourage our employees to prioritise self-care and well-being. Teachers are given an additional release day each term to complete medium term planning for the following term.

This role is for 3 days per week as class teacher and 2 days per week release. Candidates are encouraged to write a letter of application explaining the impact of leadership against the job description. Pay will be leadership scale.

Part of Inspire Academy Movement Trust, Four Elms is a small village primary school located in the lovely village of Four Elms. The School has four classes, Reception are taught in Class 1 following the EYFS Curriculum. Years one and two are taught together in Class 2, Years three and four in Class 3 and Years five and six in Class 4.
