The children of The Discovery School need an energetic, hardworking, fun and caring Deputy Play Leader to help them enjoy a range of structured play activities during their lunch break.

The role of the Deputy Play Leader is crucial to ensure that lunchtimes provide opportunities for children to participate in a range of engaging activities in a safe and enjoyable way.  At The Discovery School, we have a large team of Lunchtime Supervisors who work diligently to ensure that lunchtimes pass smoothly and happily. The role of the Deputy Play Leader is to work alongside the Lead Lunchtime Supervisor and lunchtime team in planning, organising and managing a range of activities in our playground zones. Team work and communication skills are vital to ensuring that this role is effective.

The position is for 12.5 hours a week (Monday to Friday, 11:30am – 2.00pm) term time only.
