We have a fantastic opportunity at our Maidstone Campus for an experienced and interactive Campus Administration Officer on a full time (37.5 hours per week, TTO + 2 weeks), permanent basis.

Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 DOE

TTO + 2 weeks actual (Includes £2k for Exams Officer duties)

Key responsibilities are included in the attached Person Specification

You will:

Behave and communicate in a professional, positive manner always setting an appropriate example to other staff and students.
Ensure matters are handled with due regard for confidential and sensitive information, data protection and safeguarding as appropriate.
Have experience in a general administration environment (experience within an educational setting is desirable)
Have experience of using database applications including SIMS (training can be provided)
Have Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths
Have the ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision and to work under pressure – able to meet deadlines against changing priorities and competing demands.
Ensure high standards are maintained, progressed and promoted in all areas of work
Uphold and promulgate the OneSchool Global UK ethos within all areas of responsibility.

OneSchool Global UK Maidstone Campus (formerly Focus School Linton Park Campus) is an independent, all-through, co-educational, non-selective school for children aged 7-18. It has a strong Christian ethos and there are 195 pupils on its roll. Linton Park is situated in Maidstone, Kent. The school was established on its current site in 2008 in purpose-built accommodation, which has been further developed since including a new state-of-the-art Learning Centre for Primary students.
