Rusthall St Paul's is looking for a Teaching Assistant to work part time (hours negotiable). The post involves supporting pupils with their learning under the direction of the class teacher. Throughout the week you may be supporting individual children, working with groups of pupils or supporting generally in the class.

The person appointed needs to have good communication skills be enthusiastic, flexible and a good team player. Experience of working in schools would be preferred.

Rusthall St Paul’s CE Primary School is a popular and friendly Church school which serves a mixed catchment area in a village setting on the edge of Tunbridge Wells. The school was graded GOOD by OFSTED in January 2020 and we continue to develop and thrive. We are at the heart of the community and our current roll is 138 children. We benefit from fabulous outdoor space and good facilities within the school. We offer Forest Schools, a weekly PE coach and have achieved many successes including PE Active Mark, Eco School Status and Healthy School Status.
