Term Time only + 1 week during school holidays 

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, friendly and reliable School Administrator. you will need excellent IT, interpersonal and literacy skills, possess confidence and initiative and a willingness to contribute to the continued improvement of the school. Previous school office experience and experience of using different IT systems would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.

You will be part of an experienced admin team dealing with all student administration including attendance, admissions and DFE assessments.   

You will need to be positive, highly confidential with all matters, have a professional attitude and be well organised as you will be dealing with all student matters.  Knowledge of relevant computer software and a good level of education, including GCSE English and Maths, are essential.

The post requires the ability to be methodical, organised and the ability to prioritise work within a busy environment. 

We wish to appoint someone who has:

  • Experience of working within an office environment, essentially a school setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A friendly, flexible and professional approach, particularly when multi-tasking under pressure.
  • A good working knowledge of office management systems such as Microsoft Word/Excel
  • The ability to prioritise workload to ensure office systems operate efficiently for the smooth running of the school.
  • You will have a positive approach to working with children and a commitment to our safeguarding procedures.

We specialise in providing day and residential education for pupils aged 4 to 19 years who have a diagnosis of Autism.
