We are looking for a highly skilled Early Years practitioner to join our innovative team.

Due to the promotion of our current EYFS Lead to Deputy, we would love to welcome someone new to the post.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of impactful leadership, a creative approach to teaching and a secure understanding of the Early Years curriculum. You must be able to show a commitment to personal development and the development of others. We offer continuous CPD and leadership training to develop you and your career.

The role is based at Seal CE Primary, however, you will be leading across both Seal and Four Elms as part of the Inspire Federation.

The Inspire Federation recognise the importance of family and are committed to ensuring staff are given time to share special occasions.

Staff with children under school age will be given the day off to spend their child’s birthday with them. When your child reaches school age, staff will be given time to attend school events e.g. sports day, nativities, church services.

If you wish for your child to attend Seal you will be given a free breakfast club place and 20% discount on nursery or after school club fees.

Teachers are given two release days a term to complete medium term planning for the following term to reduce the amount of work they need to do in the school holidays, as this needs to be spent recuperating and reenergising.

If you think this role would benefit both you personally and your career development, please contact us for a tour of the school.
