West Borough Primary School is looking to appoint a highly effective teaching assistant to join our Year 2 team. This is a temporary position, initially until March 2024.

This position would ideally suit a candidate with the following:

  • A passion for working with children
  • Experience of supporting pupils in Year 2/Key Stage 1
  • Desire to improve outcomes for children
  • Initiative and the ability to work as part of a team

Working hours are 8.30am-3.30pm, Monday-Friday, term-time only plus training days. As you would be supporting a member of the Senior Leadership Team, there will be an additional 2 hours of admin support, to be worked across the week.

Our excellent facilities include a library, extensive outdoor learning areas and an ASD Satellite.
