After successfully opening in September 2020, Springhead Park Primary continues to grow and develop, offering a holistic approach to primary education for the local community. We currently have children from Nursery to Year 6. As we are a growing school, we are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join our team to help with our capacity to support children with their learning and allow teachers the time to plan, prepare and lead developments across our school.

Springhead Park Primary is an empowering place of learning; children are taught to the highest academic standards, and they love to learn. We aim to educate the whole child: their brain, their heart, their talents and their outlook. We will achieve this through a real breadth and richness of our everyday curriculum, ensuring that every child has an entitlement to the whole curriculum in order to find their individual talents and passions.

Springhead Park can offer you the chance to contribute to establishing this holistic, creative and outward facing culture from the beginning of our journey.

We work in collaboration with our Trust, The Primary First Trust, which currently consists of ten primary schools in Medway, Kent and Bexley. This gives us a wide support network and allows our staff to grow professionally and our children to achieve excellence.
