Ebbsfleet Academy has an exciting opportunity to appoint an Administrator to join us in February 2023. Our successful candidate will be required to provide a full administrative service within the academy and provide assistance to students where appropriate, this includes undertaking a diverse range of administrative duties within the academy, to ensure well-presented and accurate correspondence, reports and other documentation as directed by the Senior Leadership Team and Head of Academy Administration.

Other duties to be carried out by our appointed candidate include answering internal and external calls for the Academy, dealing effectively and professionally with callers at all levels, processing messages to staff and students via voicemail, written communication, email, or if necessary to personally deliver urgent messages to staff/students. You will also be able to provide general office support by helping with reprographics, Student Care Plans and ensuring academy displays are up-to-date and presentable. Therefore, candidates need to be organised and hardworking as this is a busy role within a thriving academy!

This basis of this role is permanent and offers an actual salary of £16,677 per annum (£19,389 full-time equivalent) based on 37 hours per week, Term Time + 1 week inset. 

 

Information about the school

Being part of Leigh Academies Trust: As of 1st September 2022, our Trust comprises 30 geographically organised academies (14 secondaries, 14 primaries and 2 special) educating 20,000 students, and employing 3,000 talented staff. The Trust is establishing four ‘clusters’ of academies: North Kent; Central Kent; South East London; Medway. In addition, the Trust is responsible for one of the region’s biggest initial teaching training organisations, a large teaching school hub and is an accredited apprenticeship provider.
