The University of Kent Academies Trust is seeking to appoint an inspirational, motivating and creative individual to the role of HLTA.  This role will involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities, monitoring, assessing, recording and reporting on student progress.  This role is for 30 hours per week, term time only. 

 

HLTA’s at Brompton Academy directly deliver student intervention strategies and programmes to specified classes, groups and individual students, in order to raise attainment and achievement across the academy; and raise the motivation and self-esteem of students by helping them to access the curriculum. 

 

You will be confident in your ability to deliver learning and have an impact on all students.  You will need to build establishing trusting and long-lasting relationships with students to ensure consistency in their learning environment.
