Chatham Grammar, part of the University of Kent Academies Trust, is seeking to appoint a Student Services and Health Lead to join their busy student services hub.  This role is 30 hours per week, term time only and is being offered on a permanent basis.   

 

The key purpose of this role will be to provide prompt support and guidance to our students throughout the academy day, as one of the main points of contact within our Student Hub. To provide a welcoming, efficient and effective service to the students of the Academy, dealing with all students and their queries in a professional manner escalating or passing on information to relevant parties as required. Providing a first-class service to CG students in aiding them with their needs and resolving their concerns and answering their questions. 

 

To be successful in this role you will have a professional manner, be well organised, able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines You will possess well-developed administrative skills and will be able to demonstrate your experience through your application.  You may already have a first aid qualification, but full first aid training will be provided.  You will be confident in communicating with a variety of stakeholders which will include parent/carers, external bodies, colleagues and students.  Your attention to detail will be at an advanced level as you will be responsible for keeping accurate and up-to-date medical records for students and will be dispensing medicines as required.
