Receptionist / Office Administrator

We are looking to appoint an approachable, capable and hardworking Receptionist / Office Administrator to provide a warm welcome to our parents, visitors, staff and children, demonstrating the exceptional standards of care, professionalism and friendliness we expect at Dartford Bridge.

The successful candidate will:

  • have a friendly, welcoming  persona
  • be an organised and self-motivated team member, able to prioritise and multi-task
  • have excellent communication skills
  • have strong IT skills
  • enjoy working with children

The successful candidate will provide a warm welcome to every member of our school community, both on the phone and in person.  They will also play a role in ensuring pupils’ attendance is accurately recorded each morning in Arbor and provide support to the rest of the school, as part of an effective office team. 

Key Details:

  • 30 Hours per week Monday- Friday 8:30am- 3:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Salary: KR3  - £13,168 (FTE £19,293)
  • Term time only (38 weeks worked)
  • Permanent contract
