After School Club Assistant

 

Salary: £5,616 - £5,865 for the hours and weeks stated (pro rata £19,774 - £20619)

Start date: January 2023

Hours: 12.25 hours per week, Term time only

 

We are seeking an Assistant for our Seedlings After School Club.  The successful candidate will be expected to engage our children in exciting and imaginative activities after school.  They will assist pupils with refreshments, ensuring that hygiene and health and safety standards are met.  They will be able to communicate with parents / carers and children as appropriate.

What you will need to succeed:

  • A team player with good interpersonal skills
  • A supportive role model for the children, talking to them calmly and politely.
  • Approachable with effective communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Knowledge of first aid would be beneficial
