EAL Coordinator wanted for January onwards start

Term time, 37 hours a week, Range 5 £17,335 to £18,260   (£20,595 – 21,693) - Full Time Equivalent)

Are you an engaging tutor with an enthusiasm for supporting students across different cultures?  Can you motivate your learners to reach their full potential and lead learners to being outstanding?

We are looking to appoint someone to join our extensive Learning Support Team, who has an interest in supporting the learning and life chances of our students who have English as an Additional Language.   You will be required to work with another EAL Learning Support Coordinator as well as a school wide team, to support students to achieve positive outcomes.

You will be leading learning by:

Motivating and supporting learners with EAL (English as an additional language)

Inspire and lead learners to becoming outstanding

Produce high quality programmes of study including, planning, development, teaching and assessment.

Act as an academic and pastoral tutor to learners
