KEY STAGE 2 NURTURE LEAD REQUIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Monday – Friday, 8.30 a.m. – 3.00 p.m.

30 hours per week, Term Time Only

As a Nurture Lead you will:

  • Work with individuals and groups of children delivering specified work under the direction of the Primary SENCO.
  • Assess, record and report development and progress in liaison with the Primary SENCO.
  • Select and adapt activities to ensure they are accessible to focus pupils.
  • Support pupils across a broad range of areas within their school life including educational visits and exam invigilation.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • An understanding of children with SEND and predominantly SEMH needs.
  • Experience of moving children forward.
  • Experience in using the Boxall profile
  • The ability to be flexible to the needs of the school
  • The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • First Aid qualification (not essential but desirable).
