Hever primary school is looking for outstanding, enthusiastic and creative teacher to work with our fantastic children in terms 3 and 4 2023.

We have a position in Key Stage 1 and we would welcome applications on a part time basis to form a job share or on a full time basis for these two terms.

Hever is a small, well-structured, friendly school set in a beautiful village, steeped in history and has a hugely supportive PTA. Our school is caring and has a strong community ethos where everyone supports each other.  

High expectations and pastoral care, together with a strong Christian ethos, ensures that every child flourishes and is challenged to their full potential. Our children are caring and considerate. 

We feel this is a good opportunity for someone to join our team for this fixed period pending a full time appointment. We want someone who has drive and passion for education, where fun, enjoyment and quality first teaching are at the heart of all lessons.

Information about the school Hever is a one-form entry, Voluntary Aided church school situated in a beautiful village on the borders of Kent, Surrey and Sussex and two miles from the market town of Edenbridge. The school covers a wide catchment area of both rural and town environments.

We are a small school with high expectations. We pride ourselves on knowing our children and ensuring they reach their potential. The children benefit from beautiful grounds in a lovely setting, with a large sports field and forest school. The school is very well-supported by parents and Governors, and we have children who are well-motivated and keen to learn.
