We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, conscientious and self-motivated Caretaker to join our happy and successful school team.

A Detailed Job Description is attached. Key Duties include:

Maintaining security of the site, opening of premises prior to working day and locking up after the final use of building at night.

Undertaking general repairs and maintenance both inside and out to ensure a safe environment.

Monitoring of heating system to ensure that adequate temperatures are maintained at all times of the year.

Ensuring pathways, car parks, playgrounds are cleared daily of rubbish, leaves etc.

Monitoring work of cleaning contractors and other contractors on site.

 The hours will be 25 per week, 7am-9.30am and 3.30pm-6.00pm daily. Holiday leave is 25 days per annum with the majority being during the school holidays. Flexibility in working hours is essential.
