We wish to appoint an organised, caring and committed Site Manager to join our school.  We are seeking someone who is experienced, dynamic and self-motivated and can demonstrate skills, as detailed in the Job Description with regard to key responsibilities, health and safety awareness, security, site duties and administration tasks.

The Site Manager will be responsible for the security and maintenance of the whole school site.

In collaboration with the Trust Business Manager/Headteacher, ensure the school complies with all current legislation relating to site safety and management.

To manage the caretaking staff to achieve the most efficient and economic use of the school premises, facilities, plant, equipment and materials, and there is an effective portering service.

The post is for 37 hours per week with 26 days annual leave entitlement plus Bank Holidays and 1 Concessionary Day at Kent Scheme Pay Range 5 to commence January 2023. 

The working pattern will be Monday to Friday and working hours can be discussed at interview.
