We are looking for someone who has experience of or who is willing to learn the detailed workings of the Annual Review process as all our students have an Educational Health Care Plan.

We are looking for an experienced administrator to manage all the Annual Reviews.  You will need to be highly organised and have experience of arranging meetings with multiple professionals, parents and students, ensuring that the paperwork is processed to strict deadlines.

The role will also encompass other aspects of school administration and reception duties.  Therefore, the ideal candidate will be confident on the phone and have good working knowledge of MS Office. 

Previous experience of working within a school would be an advantage, but not essential.

This is a full time role, working 37hrs 8.30am – 4.30pm Mon-Friday (there may be some flexibility with the hours).  The position is to work 39 weeks per annum.  At Kent Range 5, the FTE equalivalent salary is £20595 plus £1342 allowance.  The actual salary based on working weeks is £17792 plus £1342 allowance.

Candidates need to possess a minimum of GCSE grade C/4 or above or Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).

We have a large team, including our transport team who bring the pupils to and from school in our fleet of MPVs.
