We are looking for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support our excellent teaching staff to raise standards for children disadvantaged by the Covid-19 pandemic and who may fall have 'fallen behind'.  

The successful candidate will :

- have an excellent work ethic

- have high expectations
- be committed to providing a welcoming stimulating learning experience for all the children at our school
- be creative, imaginative and innovative
- resourceful, purposeful, resilient and well organised
- have effective behaviour management strategies
- have an understanding of assessment

- be at least NVQ level 3 qualified (or equivalent)

- have at least a C pass in GCSE English and Maths

Previous experience supporting children in Primary School would be preferred but this may suit a Graduate looking for a pathway into teaching.
