Would you like to join us as our middle leader for the lower juniors? Following the promotion of our current post holder the school requires a new leader. Your role, alongside that of classteacher, would be to support, coach and lead a team of three other colleagues in year 3 and 4. This is a great opportunity to dip your toe into leadership in a supportive and established team. Perhaps you have an NPQML or are working towards it? Our team will support you as you take the lead, offering coaching and time out of class to achieve this.

You should be able to demostrate good teaching pratice, be ideas driven and focussed on pupil progress throughout. For an informal conversation please do get in touch.
