Part time cleaner 

Are you positive and enthusiastic? Are you passionate about working around children and want to work as part of a great team to ensure that all children achieve their potential in a happy and safe environment?

We are seeking to appoint a reliable, hard-working and enthusiastic School Cleaner to join the Cleaning Team at Sissinghurst VA Church of England Primary School. You will make sure that designated areas of the school are cleaned to a high standard, whilst adhering to health and safety procedures.

Hours of work: 5 days per week 3.00pm to 6.30 

Salary: Kent Range 3

 

The successful candidate will:

• have high standards of cleanliness and customer service • be able to meet the physical demands of the

   job

• be reliable, hardworking and flexible • be able to work individually and as part of a team to carry out a

   range of cleaning duties

• take pride in their work

• be able to use own initiative

• understand safeguarding

 

The role will include:

• cleaning allocated area(s) within designated time: to include hoovering carpeted areas; mopping hard

   floors; dusting/damp surface cleaning; high level cleaning; toilet cleaning

• adhering to all relevant health and safety procedures and risk assessments including COSHH
