Danecourt has an exiting opportunity for an Administrator Assistant. We are looking for a committed, calm, professional and thoroughly organised person to join our friendly admin team and provide administrative and organisational services for our school. You will be required to provide administration duties along with exceptional customer services skills. You need to be motivated and be able to problem solve as unforeseen/new challenges often crop up and need to be dealt with promptly and competently.

You will need to manage telephone enquiries and provide administration support to the school community, with specific responsibility for oversight of pupil records, maintaining the school’s Management Information System and supporting with admissions.

The successful candidate must have a meticulous eye for detail and be a proactive team member. They will need to have excellent listening, communication skills, as well as the ability to communicate with school visitors and staff at all levels.

Danecourt Special School is part of the Maritime Multi-Academy Trust, an innovative partnership of schools in Greenwich, Bexley, Kent and Medway . Our schools transform through collaboration and an entrepreneurial curriculum which equips children with life skills. We are a special school catering for primary aged children who have special educational needs. The children who attend Danecourt have a wide breadth of needs including complex learning difficulties and autism.
