Based in Maidstone, Valley Invicta Academies Trust is looking to appoint a HR Assistant. The HR Assistant will work within a small team of 5 HR professionals, providing a comprehensive HR service to 9 schools within the Trust. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and strongly motivated individual with excellent organisational and administrative skills to deliver a first class HR service to our schools and prospective employees to the Trust.  You will be required to provide administrative support with all recruitment activities, from advertisement to start date.  The successful candidate will also be involved in general HR administration, including: updating the HR system (Access); processing contract changes and leaver notifications; inputting and monitoring employee absence; responding to email and telephone enquiries and pensions and payroll administration.

This is an exciting time to be joining the HR team.  We have recently implemented a new HR system and we are also in the early stages of rolling out a recruitment and learning management system.

This position is being offer as either full time or part time.  Both all year round and term time only working will be considered.

The closing date for this position is 9am Monday 28th November with interviews taking place at the end of this week.

Valley Invicta Academies Trust is a Multi Academy Trust, based in Maidstone, Kent. The Trust is a family of primary and secondary schools which work in partnership to provide nothing less than outstanding education for all our young people. Presently the Trust is responsible for five primary schools and four secondary schools:
