Governance Clerk and Administrator

Fixed Term until 31st March 2023 (potential to be made permanent)

NJC Grade D2 Point 4-11 £21,189 - £24,054 per annum 

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Location: Medway

The Skills for life Trust are looking to recruit a Governance Clerk and Administrator to support the Head of Governance and Company Secretary.  This is an exciting new role, currently fixed term until 31st March 2023 but potentially this may move to a permanent role.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Governance and Company Secretary this will include managing correspondence, drafting and formatting relevant documents and liaising with key stakeholders both internally and externally. The candidate will need excellent verbal, written and administrative skills, have the ability to organise their time and work to deadlines.  Experience of minuting and producing minutes within an educational based environment is desirable but not essential.
