This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding school.

We are looking for a well organised, experienced, self motivated HR and Administration Director. 

You will also support our daily school admin activities and assist in coordinating the admin team across both sites. You should be able to work autonomously and lead and manage more complex admin duties such as: supervision, appraisals, using SIMS and HR platforms. 

We welcome you at any stage of your career, from mainstream or special education as we provide a programme of specialist training for all new members of staff, in addition to our ongoing Continuing Professional Development programme.

Broomhill Bank School is a highly successful, mixed, special school for students with an EHCP relating to their Communication and Interaction needs. We are based on two sites: Broomhill Bank School (West) is in Rusthall near Tunbridge Wells and Broomhill Bank School (North) is in Hextable near Swanley. Both sites are attractive with lots of space for our students. We also have extensive plans for new buildings which are currently in development.

We are members of the collaborative group of Kent Special Schools KSENT, which consists of 24 special schools across Kent.
