Drapers Mills is an inclusive school and this position is to work 1:1 as a communication support worker. We would like to welcome you into the TKAT family and for you to support a child to further develop and grow in confidence with their communication with others. We are an inclusive school where every student and member of staff is valued highly.

We are looking for a full-time / part-time TA who is willing to commit to the whole school ethos and contribute to the whole school community. 

Applicants must have excellent sign language skills (minimum qualification BSL Level 2) and experience of working with deaf and/or language impaired children.

Applications particularly welcome applicants with experience of working with students with ASD, multi-sensory impairment, behaviour support needs.
