We are looking to appoint an Office Manager for Twydall and Riverside Primary Schools, to work across both sites under the direction of the Trust Business Manager and The Heads of Schools, to lead the smooth running of the offices, ensure consistent practices across both schools and develop a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our families in line with our Trust values.

 

The successful candidate will have experience of taking the lead within an area of the school office, demonstrate a high level of organisational skills showing attention to detail, and have a secure knowledge of SIMS and how to draw out relevant information from the system. Experience of working in an environment which includes children with SEND would be an advantage, as well as an understanding children with different behavioural needs. They will be able to manage their time effectively and be able to work to deadlines in a busy school office, whilst keeping others calm and well supported. Previous experience of leading a team, line management or supporting others would be desirable.

Rainham Mark Education Trust is a family of three Academies in Medway, compromising of Rainham Mark Grammar School - Ofsted ‘Good’ May 2022, Riverside Primary School and Nursery - Ofsted ‘Good’ November 2019 and Twydall Primary School and Nursery - Ofsted ‘Good’ May 2023.
