An exciting opportunity has arisen due to ongoing developments of our in-school Inclusion Support Programme.  We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated Inclusion Support Programme Coordinator for our Key stage 3 Learning Support Unit. This a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and inspiring individual to join our team and move our school from Good to Outstanding.

The role will include:

  • Creating, delivering and coordinating inclusive programmes to students with varying barriers to achieving their full potential
  • Delivering interventions to individual students and small groups
  • Supporting students in making good choices in regard to their behaviour and learning
  • Ensuring safeguarding procedures are implemented on a daily basis
  • Communication with staff members, external agencies, parents other stakeholders
  • Keeping high quality and accurate records including interventions, communication log, Inclusion programme/intervention data base
  • Providing support within the school environment (Learning support Unit / mainstream lessons and unstructured times
  • Supporting students in completing a variety of enrichment programmes

Our Learning Support Unit is a busy working environment where no two days are the same. Thus, we require an Inclusion Support Programme Coordinator who will be a flexible, reliable and proactive team member prepared to adapt to ongoing changes in order to meet the needs of our students
