If this is you, we would love you to apply to be our new SEN teaching assistant.

We are looking for a teaching assistant to work five days a week to support a child with special needs. This is to start ASAP.

Working hours: 8:45am – 3:15pm daily. 30 hours weekly. 

Applicants should:

  • Be committed, flexible and enthusiastic;
  • Ideally be suitably qualified and have previous experience of working with SEN children. 
  • Have high expectations of achievement and behaviour;
  • Be keen to work as part of a team and to be flexible in their approach to daily routine;
  • Have the ability to plan and organise their time and work independently;
  • Be capable of working alongside and with the class teacher;

Whilst previous experience of working with an SEN child would be an advantage, training will be provided for the right candidate.
