Seal is a thriving primary school in the outskirts of Sevenoaks which offers an inclusive curriculum which meets the needs of all pupils.

The position will be full time, non teaching; enabling them to work with staff to provide the very best outcomes for their pupils and ensure the curriculum is accessed appropriately and effectively. We are lucky enough to be able to offer the support of an assistant 3 mornings per week to help with assessments and observations. In addition, the Federation has an Exectutive SENCo who works across the Federation supporting the SENCos in each school.

We are looking for someone that has:

  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as leading a team
  • Experience of holding staff to account for quality of provision
  • Experience of raising standards
  • Knowledge of current SEND legislation
  • Knowledge of a range of interventions available
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person as Seal is on an upwards trojectory and goes from strength to strengh every year. It is an amazing school to be part of; we have a shared vision and the most committed team of staff.
