Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Early Years Practitioner to work at our small, family feel term time only Pre-school and Afterschool club in the heart of the Kennington community at Goat Lees Community Hall. The role is for five days a week, for 30 hours per week involving shift work between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday.

You will need:

  • a minimum NVQ level 2 qualification with relevant experience and an ambition to gain a level 3.
  • must have good knowledge of the EYFS and child development;
  • to act as a key holder and work with the leadership team, in supporting the running of the setting.
  • have experience caring for a small group of key children, being able to plan for their needs by offering exciting, challenging and stimulating environment;
  • have good communication skills at all levels;
  • to be willing to undertake further training and development.
