St Michael’s Prep School is a co-educational day school with approximately 475 children aged 2-13, enjoying a beautiful location, overlooking 100 acres of land. Our state-of-the-art Pre-Prep building sets each child on a learning journey that is rich, active and inspiring. Children continue into the Prep School, taught by many specialist professionals who work throughout the school to provide a rich array of curricular and co-curricular opportunities.

The SIMS and Activities Administrator will have responsibility for the administration, maintenance and delivery of a first-class Management Information System (MIS), ensuring that data can be input, accessed and reported in a timely and efficient manner.  Additional significant duties include administration of the clubs and activities program and the parents’ evening system.  The successful candidate will work with key members of the Senior Leadership Team to develop and deliver the vision for St Michael’s Prep School: securing the future success of the school, maintaining the current all-round excellent performance and enabling each child to fulfil their potential.

Experience of SIMS as an administrator user is essential and experience of working in an education setting is highly desirable.
